We are looking for
Executive Assistant
at our locations in México - Comonfort, Guanajuato.
Provide administrative and personal support to the Plant Manager.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, flights, car rentals, executive transportation, frequent traveler accounts, ticket upgrades, and itinerary changes.
Manage and reconcile expense reports.
Update and maintain files, reports, and records.
Ensure information is organized, properly identified, and kept up to date.
Consolidate information and prepare statistics, listings, charts, and reports.
Coordinate and provide support for special visits, including customers, suppliers, and other guests.
Manage verbal and written communication with Corporate offices and customers.
Attend meetings and events, take meeting notes, prepare minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Purchase and manage office supplies, including cafeteria items, stationery, and general office materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Receive supplier invoices and process them through SECI and the Supplier Portal.
Create purchase orders and follow up on their completion.
Coordinate and organize special events.
Manage and track executive and management performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Professional Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience
Languages: English - advanced
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
