The Opportunity

Join our team as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, monitor receivables, and support treasury functions.
• Oversee payroll processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
• Maintain fixed asset accounting and support annual audits.
• Mentor accounting team members and help strengthen internal controls.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, automation, and process improvement projects.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Public accounting and industry experience.
• Sage Intacct and/or ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in a growing, evolving organization.
