Senior IT & Security Operational Engineer

We are looking for a Senior IT & Security Operational Engineer to join our team in Noida, India. You are a senior, hands-on engineer who drives operational security execution across the environment and serves as a technical lead while remaining highly hands-on.

Primary goal: drive remediation at scale, improve processes, and own operational security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive remediation across:

• • Vulnerability management
  • Asset management gaps
  • Security tooling findings

• Act as escalation point for complex L2/L3 issues
• Lead operational execution across:

• • Endpoint security
  • Patch management
  • Asset visibility

• Define and improve:

• • Runbooks
  • Operational processes
  • Remediation tracking and reporting

• Drive coordination across teams (IT, Security, R&D)
• Ensure closure and validation of remediation activities
• Improve tooling usage and automation (Intune, EDR, asset tools)
• Support incident response investigations when required
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce quality of execution
• Contribute to prioritization and workload planning

Required Experience (6–10+ years)

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• • Endpoint management at scale (Intune or equivalent)
  • Windows, macOS, Linux administration

• Deep experience with:

• • Vulnerability management lifecycle
  • Security tooling (EDR, scanners, asset platforms)
  • Patch management and compliance

• Experience coordinating cross-team remediation efforts

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS/Azure environments
• Automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Exposure to security operations workflows / incident response
• Experience improving operational processes or tooling
