The Channel Compliance Analyst is responsible for ongoing monitoring and enforcement of channel program requirements, with a primary focus on continuous compliance monitoring of policies and controls. This role will identify compliance risks, conduct transactional and program reviews, collaborate with internal stakeholders and distributors, and drive corrective actions to strengthen program governance and protect company investments.
Responsibilities
- Perform continuous monitoring of PPM requirements across distributors and channel partners to identify compliance gaps, exceptions, and emerging risks.
- Conduct transactional and program-level compliance reviews, including utilization, claims, rebates, special pricing, and other channel incentive programs.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential policy violations.
- Investigate compliance findings and support resolution efforts with distributors, channel teams, and internal business stakeholders.
- Track corrective actions and ensure timely remediation of identified issues.
- Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of channel compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Identify opportunities to automate monitoring activities and improve compliance coverage.
- Maintain documentation supporting compliance reviews, findings, and governance activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in channel operations, compliance, audit, finance, program management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review transactional data and identify compliance risks.
- Experience working with distributors, pricing programs, or partner compliance processes.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
