Responsibilities
- Responsible for the key supply chain metrics (such as OTD, revenue) related to the product group.
- Order Manage processes (Demand schedule and improvement, production plan creation, capacity review, lead-time maintain, manufactory expedite process, manual schedule order, Delinquency Review etc.) and activities for respective products.
- Quality System compliance.
- Communicate Customer demand and supply issues.
- Optimize Global Customer Order On Time Delivery.
- Interface between Key Touch Points (such as Manufacturing, Customer Specialists, BU Planning Manager, Sales and Marketing, Engineering etc.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- BS in SCM or related field.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
- Analytical, organized, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage with an energetic and positive outlook, even during challenging, stressful times.
