Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate supplier invoices against approved pricing agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation.
Identify discrepancies, pricing variances, and billing issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve invoice-related matters.
Maintain a high level of accuracy while adhering to established company policies and procedures.
Monitor invoice processing deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to invoice verification and validation processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
A conversational level of spoken Hebrew.
Preferred:
Previous experience reviewing and validating supplier invoices.
Knowledge of international shipping, import/export procedures, and logistics operations.
Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
