Position Responsibilities for Documentation Representative - Ocean Shipping:

• Respond to incoming calls to timely answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and maintain a pre-defined Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Process external and internal requests submitted via email. Complete urgent cases including those submitted by off shore DOC team within same day.
• Monitor incomplete Bill of Ladings and communicate directly with customers and other functional departments to facilitate completion.
• Reconcile advanced manifest services in order to resolve discrepancies, obtain missing information and submit manifest to customs and terminals

Minimum Requirements: 

• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, time management and flexibility
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Preferred Skills: 

• Ability to prioritize tasks, time management and flexibility
• Telephone and email excellence skills
• Bilingual: English/Portugese
• Knowledge of customs, letter of credits and regulatory shipping industry related requirements
• Knowledge of Tariff rules and regulations

Position Responsibilities for CPF Verifier - Ocean Shipping:

Minimum Requirements: 

• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• 1-3 years of data entry experience
• Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or other roles involving data handling
