Now Hiring: Behavior Technician / ABA Para 🎉
📍 Neptune City, NJ (07753)
Q: So... what's this job actually like? 🤔
A: Imagine getting paid to play games, crack jokes, and help an awesome kid crush his goals — after school and on weekends. That's basically it. No desk. No boredom. Just good energy and real impact. 💥
Q: Okay but what's the pay? 💰
A: $20 - 30$ an hour — and yes, it's competitive, because great people deserve great pay.
Q: What's the schedule? 🕒
A: After-school hours + weekends. Perfect for stacking around classes, another job, or just building your side-hustle empire.
Q: Do I need experience? 🎯
A: RBT certified preferred / will train the right person / experience with kids or ASD a big plus. Bring the right attitude and we'll help with the rest.
Q: Why would I actually love this job? 🌟
A: Because "good day at work" hits different when it means watching a kid nail something they've been working toward. Beats folding shirts, refilling ketchup bottles, or staring at a register. Every. Single. Time.
Q: Who thrives in this role? ⚡
A: Patient hearts. High energy. People who show up when they say they will and actually like kids — not just tolerate them.
Q: I'm sold. How do I apply? 👉
A: Send us your resume and the rest is history!!!! WELCOME TO THE CLUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
