About the job

The Customer Performance Manager is a strategic commercial role focused on shaping customer growth and improving business performance. The role combines commercial strategy, financial analysis, promotional effectiveness and business partnering to identify growth opportunities and translate data-driven insights into clear customer strategies and actions.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other functions, the Customer Performance Manager acts as a trusted partner to define where and how customers should grow, improve commercial effectiveness and support sustainable business acceleration. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical capabilities and the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Shape customer growth strategies by analyzing customer, market and portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and defining clear strategic priorities and direction.
• Build and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with customers in the Polish market, translating business ambitions into actionable growth initiatives and measurable priorities.
• Drive promotional effectiveness by assessing promotional performance, ROI and customer/product dynamics, identifying opportunities to improve activation quality and commercial impact.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to develop customer and channel strategies, providing data-driven recommendations that improve business performance and customer capabilities.
• Lead Revenue Growth Management and commercial effectiveness initiatives, using revenue, pricing, mix, volume and promotional insights to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Develop financial and business analyses, including P&L understanding and scenario modelling, to support strategic decision-making and prioritization of commercial opportunities.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Key Account Managers and other stakeholders, challenging assumptions, connecting market insights with financial outcomes and driving cross-functional alignment.

About you

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial, commercial finance, business consulting, category, sales analytics or related role; experience in Revenue Growth Management or Pricing is an advantage but not required.
• Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of sales, customer profitability, P&L drivers and the key factors influencing revenue and business growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel capabilities and practical experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate complex data and financial insights into clear strategic recommendations and actionable business plans.
• Strong interest in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, promotional effectiveness and commercial strategy, with the ability to connect these areas to broader business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance and other functions.
• Fluent English and local language at conversational level (with openness to upskill in future); university degree in economics, finance, business, econometrics, engineering or a related field.
