About the job:

The Commercial Training Lead is a key person responsible for developing the sales competencies of the team and implementing a culture of continuous learning/development within the organization in Poland and CEE countries in next step. The person in this position designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs connecting that directly translate into the company's sales results, using internal & external tools and resources. Training Lead should inspire and motivate others with clear and engaging knowledge delivery, impacting and strengthening company culture.

Main responsibilities:

• Identification of sales capability gaps and needs, running and managing assessments measurements and analysis of current status versus future business needs and requirements.
• Create plans with detailed actions to increase skills within sales organization, especially Pharma Representatives, District Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Design, develop and implement training programs to address needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation.
• Manage every aspect of sales force development to ensure all sales force if fully equipped, engaged and committed to the business priorities.
• Excellent cooperation with Sales Managers, People & Culture and other employees in organization on training programs.
• Being a coach to sales team members.

About you:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including managerial roles. Proven experience in enhancing sales professionals' skills through targeted training and coaching. Strong background in FMCG is required
• Skills: Project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Education: Master’s degree in business administration. A coaching certificate would be an additional asset.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency and Polish.
