We are currently seeking an experienced Teller to join our Bend, Oregon team. Pay range: $22.00–$23.50 per hour plus incentives, depending on experience and qualifications. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an extra $2 per hour.

About the Role:

The Senior Teller (Senior Enrichment Representative) assists members with financial transactions, promotes products and services, and provides personalized service. They also handle branch transaction duties, such as balancing cash drawers, dispensers, vault, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide prompt, professional service by greeting members, using their names, and directing them as needed. Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of OCCU products and services to accurately assist members. Tailor product recommendations to fit individual members’ needs and clearly explain potential benefits.
• Support branch and OCCU goals by consistently meeting or exceeding service and sales targets through effective member interactions.
• Efficiently handle member transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of teller experience.
