    Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist to join a community-embedded practice serving the Eugene/River Bend region in Western Oregon. This role is ideal for a physician who seeks to deliver high-quality clinical care, has a passion for building meaningful relationships with patients and partnering providers, and enjoys the rhythm of community-based practice—without heavy academic demands.

You’ll practice in a Clinical Associate model, with strong connections to a regional tertiary pediatric cardiology program for advanced diagnostics, interventional care, and surgery.

    • Outdoor paradise: Hiking, trail running, mountain biking, kayaking, and skiing—all in town or within easy reach
    • College-town energy: Home of the University of Oregon, with arts, music, and our Oregon Ducks Big-10 spirit
    • Food & craft scene: Local breweries, farm-to-table dining, and a legendary Saturday Market
    • Perfectly located: One hour to the Oregon Coast, two hours to Portland, endless nature in between
    • Laid-back, family-friendly vibe: short commutes, great schools, and real work–life balance.

    Function/Duties of Position

What will you do in this position?

    • Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric cardiology care
    • Interpret transthoracic and fetal echocardiograms, ECGs, ambulatory heart rhythm monitors, and exercise tests
    • Serve as a trusted cardiology resource for local pediatric and family medicine providers
    • Participate in inpatient consults at Peace Health River Bend Hospital in Eugene
    • Work seamlessly with OHSU as the affiliated tertiary pediatric cardiology referral center with excellent interventional and surgical outcomes
    • Become part of the OHSU cardiac team, with all of the modern diagnostic resources and strong multidisciplinary support
    • Build long-term relationships with patients, families, and the community
    • Focus on continuity, collaboration, and family-centered care
    • Enjoy a balanced, sustainable workflow.

    Required Qualifications

What qualifies you for this role?

    • MD or DO
    • Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
    • Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
    • Passion for community-based pediatric care
