About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across our business and help us bring in the people who will shape Orien Trade's next chapter. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership – not just filling roles, but advising on hiring strategy, market conditions, and how to build strong teams in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the entire hiring process, from first conversation to signed offer, and who takes pride in giving candidates a great experience along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment – from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover – for roles across our commercial, retail, and support teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing market insight, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy to the table, not just candidate CVs.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, including for hard-to-fill and passive candidates.
- Coordinate and evaluate psychometric and leadership assessments as part of the selection process for senior-level appointments.
- Partner with marketing and HR leadership to sharpen our employer brand across job posts, social media, and candidate touchpoints.
- Represent Orien Trade at industry events and networking opportunities to grow our talent network.
- Use recruitment data (time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance) to keep improving how we hire.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection, so every hire is a well-informed one.
Qualifications
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or beauty – ideally with exposure to senior or specialized hiring.
- Comfort working hands-on with an ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with HR platforms such as Personio is a plus.
- Solid grasp of the local labor market and employment fundamentals
- Fluent English (C1+) and one relevant local language.
- Bonus points for experience contributing to employer branding or talent marketing, or familiarity with structured leadership assessment tools.

- Data-driven in your approach, using recruitment metrics and market insights to improve sourcing strategies, hiring decisions, and overall process effectiveness.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, adapting your approach across different functions, seniority levels, and markets.
- Naturally curious about people and organizations, with the judgment to look beyond the CV and assess motivation, potential, and long-term fit.
