Job description

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents.

Our team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents through compassionate, personalized care. These roles are within our sub-acute and long-term care units.

Pay Range (depending on experience):
CNA: $20.00 - $24.98/hr (plus shift differential)

Shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm & 3:00pm-11:00pm

Position Details:

Day and evening, every other weekend shifts available
Every Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm shifts available

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Support nursing staff with vital signs and resident needs
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Qualifications:

MA CNA license (in good standing)
Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Weekend availability is required
