About the role
As a Team Leader of the BI and Analytics tribe you will be responsible for leadership, direction and mentorship for cross-functional team members. You'll drive collaborative decision-making and empower and motivate the team in achieving a shared vision, identity, values, and goals. At the same time, we expect you to get your hands dirty and design, code, test or analyze based on your functional specialty.
You’ll be involved in hiring and developing your team members and generally setting the objectives for them to thrive and have a great time at Orion Health.
