Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.
What does this role look like?
- Provides clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to counseling staff across multiple clinic sites, ensuring consistent use of evidence-based practices and high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinates staff development, training, and professional support across locations to promote standardized clinical services and strong patient outcomes throughout the district.
- Supervises counselors and professionals in training, including those requiring supervision for certification, licensure, or regulatory compliance, while offering ongoing guidance and support to the counseling team.
- Supports the clinical team through consultation, coaching, and professional development to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered services.
- Assists team members in helping patients identify strengths, build recovery skills, and work toward social, educational, vocational, and occupational goals while promoting a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
- Oversees clinical supervision processes, ensuring staff compliance with program policies, procedures, documentation standards.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Licensure as an CADC II and QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the state of Oregon.
- 5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program.
- Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Current driver's license.
- Currently hold or have the ability to obtain a National Provider Identification (NPI).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
