Maintain athletic training rooms, equipment, emergency supplies, and treatment materials in a clean, organized, and appropriately stocked condition.
Protect confidential athlete and patient information and comply with HIPAA, professional standards, Tennessee requirements, applicable school or event protocols, and KOC policies.
Participate in continuing education, team meetings, quality-improvement activities, and special projects.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with physicians, coaches, athletes, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Commitment to confidentiality, professional boundaries, athlete safety, and high-quality care.
Flexibility to work variable schedules based on athletic practices, competitions, and event coverage.
Master's degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
Previous athletic training experience in a school, collegiate, community, orthopaedic, sports medicine, or rehabilitation setting.
Experience working collaboratively with orthopaedic physicians and other sports medicine professionals.
Experience with NextGen or a comparable electronic health record system.
