    • Help patients understand basic preparation and appointment expectations within the scope of the role.

    • Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate assistance throughout the patient experience.

    • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and KOC requirements.

    • Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and patient-ready imaging areas.

    • Support light laundry and other routine departmental needs.

    • Work collaboratively with MRI Technologists, Imaging Team Members, and other KOC departments.

    • Follow established MRI safety protocols, patient-safety procedures, and departmental guidelines.

    • Assist with additional departmental responsibilities as needed.

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Professional and compassionate approach when interacting with patients and families.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established safety procedures.

    • Dependable, organized, and willing to assist wherever needed to support the Imaging team.

    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

    • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

    • Interest in healthcare, medical imaging, orthopaedics, or patient care.

    Preferred Experience

    • Previous experience in a medical office, imaging department, or other healthcare environment.

    • Previous experience working directly with patients.

    • Familiarity with healthcare safety protocols and patient confidentiality requirements.

    • Interest in developing additional knowledge and experience within orthopaedics and medical imaging.
