As the State Operations 2IC, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. You’ll assist with logistics coordination, warehouse layout management, staff supervision, training, and maintaining compliance with all operational procedures. You’ll also step in to support the State Operations Manager as required to ensure the operation runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the State Operations Manager to ensure high efficiency and productivity across warehouse operations.
• Supervise and guide warehouse operators, ensuring performance and adherence to procedures.
• Allocate and manage daily duties for warehouse staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control, stock loss prevention, and investigation of stock discrepancies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

About You

• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow effectively.
• Good problem-solving ability and initiative.
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
• Experience using Dropbox.
• Minimum of 5 Years Warehousing Experience

Qualifications & Licences

• Current Open Driver’s Licence.
• Forklift Licence (required).
