Our Interview Process
We believe in transparency and respect for your time. Once an application is fully completed and meets the minimum requirements, our recruitment team will respond within 48 business hours via email with an invitation to attend a group interview. While the interview is conducted in a group format, it is still an individual evaluation. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes or apartments. You’ll assist with daily living skills, community inclusion, and personal growth—helping individuals gain independence while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience in caregiving, human services, behavioral health, education, or healthcare—or those looking to grow a long-term career in the DD/IDD field.
