Position Function

This position will provide financial accounting support to Overhead Door Corporation l/ Wayne Dalton locations in Canada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily invoices, credit notes and cash application for all 3 locations.
Customer statements and credit card payment management for all 3 locations.
Stock transfers between the 3 locations.
Daily part number set up in system and costing functions.
Bad debt write-offs
Assist with communication with Shared Services at OHD Corporate Headquarters.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Oracle a plus
Above average knowledge of Excel, and the ability to work comfortably with other programs in Microsoft Office
Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

Minimum Associates Degree or high school education plus post-secondary accounting education, or 2-4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
