Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation documents, as required
• Obtain necessary documents from maintenance/facility managers
• Provide clear communication between Won-Door and maintenance/facility managers
• Process work orders to have technicians complete inspections/service calls
• Update system information to ensure quick turnaround for customers
• Coordinate between departments, as needed
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred

Education

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) Required
