The Changeover Technician will perform general labor duties as assigned. Duties included but not limited to building conversions for various events, set up and breakdown of chairs, tables, staging, soft-goods, etc.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75-$20.75

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center features a 12,500-seat arena, 34 luxury suites, 476 club seats, over 54,000 sq. ft. of meeting and exhibition space and an arena view restaurant, the Spotlight Grille. The arena is home to Florida State Men’s and Women’s basketball and is known for its electric atmosphere and fierce home court advantage. • Being a team player.
• Perform conversions for meetings, banquets, basketball games, concerts, and other types of events.
• Set up and break down chairs, tables, pipe and drape, risers, stages, basketball courts, and other types of equipment.
• Safely and correctly operate necessary equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Perform general labor as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow instructions and directions.
• Ability to have a flexible schedule based around events including nights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to perform general labor in a dynamic / fast paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus.
