The Stuart C. Siegel Center is a multi-purpose arena located on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia. It serves as the home venue for VCU Rams basketball and volleyball and hosts a wide range of events, including athletic competitions, concerts, commencements, banquets, meetings, and special events. From venue materials used at the facility, the Siegel Center is positioned as a premium event destination with suites, hospitality spaces, and full-service catering operated by OVG. The venue emphasizes high-quality guest experiences, food and beverage service, and amenities for both athletic and private events.

• Prepare suites prior to events, including stocking food, beverages, supplies, and service ware.
• Welcome suite guests and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event.
• Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites, service areas, and equipment.
• Assist with the delivery and presentation of catering orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.
• Complete post-event cleaning, inventory, and restocking duties.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, culinary staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
• Show commitment to providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a professional appearance.

• Previous hospitality, food service, catering, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
