Bartender - Sky Garden Bars

Join the Sky Garden team as a Bartender, delivering exceptional service in one of London’s most iconic venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to develop their career within a hgih volume environment while working alongside some of the industry's best talent. This role sits within our bars team servicing 2 high volume bar outlets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service
• Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
• Providing friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests
• Making recommendations and sharing product knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the ba
• Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring bar areas remain fully operational
