What we’re looking for

We are hiring both retail and hospitality staff to support matchday operations at Stoke City FC.

•    Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles (hospitality or retail experience desirable)
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
•    A positive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
•    Basic numeracy and confidence handling transactions
•    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays

What you’ll be doing

•    Providing exceptional service to fans across the stadium’s retail and hospitality areas
•    Contribute to a positive matchday atmosphere
•    Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
•    Following food safety and hygiene standards

Good to know

The pay rate is £12.16 for those aged 18 and over, and £8.97 for those under 18, with both rates inclusive of holiday pay. Shifts are flexible and are scheduled around home matchdays and stadium events.
