The Full-Time Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist at Owen Health Care will play a vital role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of clinical, administrative, operational, and leadership positions. This position entails posting job openings on various platforms, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless communication loop with candidates throughout the hiring process.
