Shift:

• 2nd Shift , Monday - Friday, 2:30pm start plus mandatory overtime as required.

Pay: $18.50 (8% Shift differential added for 2nd shift making that equal to $19.98)

Job Summary

Performs custodial and light maintenance duties throughout the site.

Core Responsibilities

• Empties trash containers.
• Cleans parking lot and truck loading areas.
• Replaces bulbs in light fixtures.
• Performs minor plumbing responsibilities.
• Ensures aluminum, plastic containers and waste paper are recycled.
• Cleans and lubricates overhead doors and loading dock plates.
• Operates hydraulic press uses for bailing of corrugated materials.
• Performs landscaping duties to include mulching, seeding, bed edging, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, planting and snow removal.
• Sweeps, vacuums, washes and waxes floors.
• Cleans and maintains cafeteria, break room, bathrooms, customer service area, lobby and general offices.
• Paints traffic marking, doors, walls, conveyors, racking, etc.
• Performs acid etching and sealing of concrete floors.
• Scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment.
• Performing work area clean-up and safety related duties.
• Diagnosing and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs.
• Insuring all make-ready repairs and services are completed.
• Inspecting and helping coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.

Qualifying Experience

• High School or equivalent required or 1 year of related experience
• Prior equipment experience including order picker and reach truck
