House Services Coordinator (Part Time)

📍Location: Oxygen House, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH (on site)

✨Term: Part-time, permanent - office based

⏰Hours: 24 hours per week: 9:30 - 18:00 Wednesday - Friday.

💷Salary: £16,200 pro rated (27,000 Full Time Equivalent) plus generous company benefits

The Role

As House Services Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Oxygen House - delivering a warm, professional front-of-house service, while supporting the smooth delivery of events, activities and workplace initiatives that make our environment feel exceptional. This role is perfect for someone seeking predictable part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues

• Maintain a visible and responsive presence in the building, ensuring front-of-house standards remain consistently high

• Support the planning and delivery of internal events and activities

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visits and events run smoothly

• Bring forward ideas to continuously improve the workplace experience

• Assist with sourcing suppliers and supporting sustainable operational practices

• Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the Head of House

About you

You will bring:

• Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming approach

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good judgement and a practical, solutions-focused mindset

• Confident communicator, able to build great relationships.

• A collaborative and positive, team-oriented approach

• Initiative and the ability to work independently

• An interest in sustainability and high-quality workplace environments

• Competence in Microsoft Office
