We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Travel Specialist to join our Accounting team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.
What You’ll Do:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time.
- Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the corporate travel program, online booking tool, travel and expense reporting platform, and corporate card programs.
- Monitor travel and corporate card activity for policy compliance and communicate required corrective actions.
- Audit restaurant payables for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
- Process payment runs and assist with monthly close activities.
- Respond to and resolve questions from internal customers and vendors.
- Build positive, professional relationships with vendors and team members throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, travel and expense, or corporate card administration; experience in a high-volume, multi-unit environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Experience with travel platforms such as Amex GBT, Workday or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated approach.
- A commitment to accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Location:
This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
