E-Commerce Manager

Position:

We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Manager to be a part of our fast growing team. We need an E-Commerce Manager with skills, experience and savvy to run our online stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering best-in-class user experience and performance of our websites and improving conversion rates and E-Commerce Sales. Job Description:

· Maintaining and improving existing site functions and sales opportunities

· Developing and executing a promotion plan in coordination with the Marketing team

· Review website analytics and create conversion strategies based on metrics and data

· Provide weekly reports on progress and action plan to manager

· Continuously improve product mix and recommendations on the site

· Continuously optimize user experience

· Follow up on website customer service requests in coordination with the Sales team

· Manage staged roll out of new items, product lines and promotions

· Report and recommend sales and marketing plans based on website analytics

· Ensure site is optimized for SEO both from a content and technical perspective

· Identify changes on competitor sites and test selected features to quantify user or revenue metrics impact

Skills Knowledge:
