Experience in PCTMS
Customer/Account Management, SPIDs.
Experience in TRIAD Strategy management - Keys, Random Digit Groups, Champion/Challenger Strategies etc.
Understanding of TRIAD Decision Areas - Scoring, Credit Facilities, Collections, Authorizations etc.
Experience Payment Systems, Credit Risk management.
Good communication/documentation skills.
