Adjunct - African Art History

The NYC Art Department at Pace University is seeking a part-time adjunct instructor with teaching experience in African Art History.

• Teaches assigned courses in one or two of the following disciplines: traditional African Art and Modern and Contemporary African Art.
• Plans, organizes, and delivers lessons.
• Provides students with feedback to promote academic success.

• Appropriate level of education based on rank; B.A. and M.A. in Art History required, plus ABD or Ph.D. in Art History.
• Prior teaching experience at the higher education level preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
