The Civic Engagement Program seeks a Peer Mentor for Dyson CE courses - Fall 2026.
Duties Include:
- Attending class sessions and reviewing the CE component of the course with the CE course professor Mysogland.
- Assist students with finalizing community partnerships for the course.
- Tracking student community partner placement and completion of hours.
- Communicate regularly with faculty member.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- The student must be a Pace University NYC undergraduate student.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and eye for detail.
- Able to provide a friendly contact point for students.
- Above all, the optimal candidate for this position should have a passion for civic engagement and should have taken a Civic Engagement course at Pace.
