Napa Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary services team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will oversee daily dietary operations, support clinical nutrition goals, and help create a positive dining experience for our residents.

The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the dietary department to ensure residents receive nutritious, appetizing meals that meet physician orders, regulatory requirements, and individual preferences.
