What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident care
• Help create a calm and supportive environment for residents

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio STNA Certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
