HR Transformation and Program Delivery Lead, APAC
The Opportunity
The HR Transformation and Program Delivery Lead is accountable for the end-to-end rollout and adoption of regional HR programs, frameworks, and standards across Palladium APAC. This is a delivery-led role focused on driving practical implementation, ensuring enterprise initiatives are embedded consistently into local operations, and realising measurable outcomes from the HR transformation agenda. This role also holds accountability for maintaining an enterprise-wide view of workforce capability and risk — aggregating intelligence from HR Governance Partners and program teams and translating that picture into actionable briefs for workforce planning work.
To ensure that enterprise-level people initiatives and projects are implemented consistently, pragmatically, and sustainably across Palladium APAC. This role acts as the internal implementation lead for priority people initiatives, while also overseeing the change management process for the HR component. It additionally serves as the enterprise lens on workforce capability and risk — synthesising data from across the region, identifying where the organisation is under-resourced, over-stretched, or facing capability gaps.
