    Job Summary

    Your Career

As a Major Account Manager within our Major Accounts Division, you will be responsible for driving new business development and strategic account management for Japan’s leading corporations in the manufacturing industry.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of five key strategic accounts. You will work in a high-touch "power-pair" model, partnering 1:1 with a dedicated Systems Engineer. Together, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify, develop, and close complex opportunities that expand our market footprint.

We currently hold a dominant market share in this sector and are at the forefront of supporting our clients' Digital Transformation (DX) through advanced security solutions. Your primary mission is to engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted "Security Consultant." You will be responsible for designing comprehensive security proposals and executing the strategic action plans required to turn those visions into business reality.

    Your Impact

    • Strategic Account Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for five of Japan’s most influential manufacturing enterprises.
    • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain deep relationships with CxOs and high-level stakeholders to align security initiatives with their overarching business goals.
    • Opportunity Creation: Drive the full sales lifecycle—from account planning and prospecting to complex negotiations and closing—in a high-touch environment.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead "One Team" initiatives by coordinating with Product Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to maximize brand awareness and business impact.
    • DX Enablement: Empower clients to accelerate their digital transformation by providing AI-driven, platform-based security strategies that mitigate modern risks.

    Your Experience

    [Minimum Requirements]

    • Experience: 5+ years of high-touch enterprise sales experience within the IT industry (Software, Hardware, or SIer). Direct experience in the Cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required.
    • Industry Expertise: Proven track record of managing and closing deals within the Manufacturing sector.
    • Enterprise Excellence: Deep experience in "Hunting" and "Farming" within large-scale enterprise accounts.
    • Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with CxO-level executives.

    [Preferred Skills & Attributes]

    • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to formulate and execute logical, data-driven account strategies.
    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
    • Self-Management: Highly proactive and autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership over your territory and results.
    • Team Leadership: Ability to lead virtual teams and drive collaborative projects across different product departments.
