$30–$40/hour
Earn up to an additional $4/hour in shift differentials

As an LPN at PAM Health, you'll play an important role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work closely with RNs, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing direct nursing care to patients
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team
Assisting with patient care plans and rehabilitation goals
Communicating with patients, families and members of the interdisciplinary team
Supporting a safe, comfortable and positive patient environment
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, med-surg, long-term care, skilled nursing or other patient-care settings is a plus.

Current LPN license in the state of Colorado
Current BLS certification
