We’re looking for experienced generalist founding engineers who thrive in fast-moving startups, and are excited to create an AI native workspace. **Qualifications** * Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco 5-6 days per week * Experience building production application layer AI products * Obsessed with speed and scale * Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments * Insatiably curious and learns quickly * History of superlative achievement * Experience with GoLang, TypeScript, NextJS, Redis, RAG systems, and agent architectures is a plus **Responsibilities** * Build in a full stack capacity * Talk to users, track metrics, and iterate quickly * Scope out and implement core features * Shape product vision and roadmap **Compensation** _150-250k base.
