    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in hospitality sales or hotel industry sales management
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    • Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and hospitality management systems
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
