What you'll do:
- Lead and coordinate Parallel Wireless team efforts on delivering technical projects involving 4G, 5G, OpenRAN, and other radio communication technologies.
- Support a variety of customers, including the UK Government.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering and cross-functional teams to:
- develop and document product requirements to meet end-user specifications
- drive specific product requirements into the wider PW technology roadmap
- review product gates, milestones and release plans and align with project delivery plans
- coordinate technical documentation for all phases of solution delivery
- Develop, implement and manage project plans for the delivery of complex technical solutions, track progress and implement reporting methods.
- Collaborate with Customer teams to define and implement joint operating models and governance frameworks for project delivery.
- Support business process development and implementation for managing product lifecycles, including development, delivery, order fulfilment and operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and reporting.
What you must have:
- Extensive experience in project management and team leadership in a matrix organization.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder communication at a senior level.
- Technical background in RAN solutions engineering, implementation and operation.
- Experience of running complex technology implementation programs.
- Experience of managing new product introductions.
- Strong technical skills with an interest in communications engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce structured and high-quality reports at executive and operational levels.
