Senior Channel Partner Manager

Are you a Sales or Partner Manager passionate about digital transformation technology? PTC is looking for motivated sales professionals to develop, manage and grow value added reseller partners in the CAD, PLM, IOT and AR market space.

Your key skill is to build and grow partnerships and revenues! This is an exciting time to join PTC and win in the digital transformation market!

Day-To-Day:

• Build relationships with key partner executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CRO) and departmental managers.
• Build, manage and execute on an aligned business plan with the partners.
• Investigate and understand internal strategies, business models and processes of potential partners.
• Develop booking forecast in coordination with partners and PTC management team.
• Strategize, develop and execute programs/agreements to drive incremental revenue for both PTC and its partners.
• Meet/Exceed assigned quota by driving sales indirectly through targeted reselling partners.
• Coordinate all PTC internal teams into one voice to the partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Basic Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel extensively across India but also occasionally in EMEA and in US.
• Proven track record (10 years +) of partner management in the Enterprise Software market.
• Knowledge of partner networks, VARs, ISVs, DSPs, VADs and SIs and their business models and financials.
• Experience in partner management and partner development.
• Experience in digital transformation technologies. CAD, PLM, IOT, AR is a plus.
