• 3+ years of litigation experience?
• Experience with e-filing in State and Federal Court
• Drafting Pleadings and Discovery
• Calendar Management
• Being the right hand of the Managing Partner
• Tech Savvy
• This position is 5 days a week in the office

MT law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with Litigation experience

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• This position is a paralegal/legal secretary role.
• e-filing in State and Federal Court
• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Experience with Table of Authorities and Table of Contents
• General Office Duties
• Hybrid 3/2
• Great growth opportunity.
