- Hands-on experience in functional, API and ETL testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Python, Selenium, Testcafe, Supertest, Gatling, Browserstack,JMeter, etc)
- Strong knowledge of common web application technologies (Azure, AWS etc.)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Knowledge of Non-functional testing Performance testing, Usability testing, User Acceptance Testing. etc
- Ability to create and execute End to end test scenarios.
- Strong communication skills to report and document test results.
· Proven 8+ years of work experience in software quality assurance, especially web applications
· Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
· Manage and coordinate all testing activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards
· Develop and implement innovative testing strategies, including automation frameworks, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality goals and ensure alignment with project objectives.
· Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
· Advocate for best practices in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
· Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate QA standards
