    Job description

    Overview

Park Dental is seeking a passionate, patient-focused General Dentist to join our established Plymouth West  practice.

Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced clinician, this is an opportunity to build a successful career in a doctor-led organization that is committed to your growth. You'll benefit from hands-on mentorship, a strong patient base, modern technology, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative team dedicated to helping you provide exceptional patient care.  Unlike many dental organizations, Park Dental is doctor led, committed to clinical excellence, and offers opportunities for doctors to become shareholders in Park Dental Partners. Our focus is simple: improve lives by delivering exceptional patient care while helping our doctors build meaningful, rewarding careers.

Starting Compensation: $160,000 – $210,000 annually, with incentive opportunities.

    Why Join Park Dental

For more than 50 years, Park Dental has been committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and investing in the success of our doctors.

Our experienced providers believe everyone has something to teach and something to learn. Whether you're completing your first molar endodontic case or expanding your restorative skills, you'll have access to mentorship, collaboration, and continuing education that supports your professional growth while maintaining the independence to practice dentistry your way.

For the sixth consecutive year, Park Dental has earned Five Gold Stars and has been voted Minnesota's Best Dentist by Star Tribune readers. We're also proud to be recognized as one of Minnesota's Top Workplaces, reflecting our commitment to creating an exceptional experience for both our doctors and team members.
