This role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery excellence, and active client engagement, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 16 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Represent Parkhill at council and commission meetings, conferences, and seminars
- Develop opportunities in North Texas in major areas of water/wastewater treatment and water resources
- Create and execute a business development plan for the region, aligned with the sector’s strategic vision and operational plan
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, team partners, and industry leaders
- Collaborate across Sectors and office locations to leverage Parkhill’s collective experience and expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma
- 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
- Proven business development experience, including pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships
- Experience working with state, regional, and local public agencies—including municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and other state entities—as well as state and federal funding agencies
