What we are looking for:
Partner Forces is seeking an Executive Secretary / Executive Support Analyst to support senior DHS federal leaders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in being the person others can count on, someone who is highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, but who also sees the bigger picture and wants to do more than manage calendars and coordinate logistics.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to become a trusted partner to senior leadership, understand the mission behind the work, and grow beyond traditional administrative support. You’ll help leaders stay ahead of priorities, navigate competing demands, coordinate across teams, and keep important work moving. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, takes initiative, anticipates what needs to happen next, and wants to build relationships and take on greater responsibility over time. You’ll have a front-row seat to how senior leaders make decisions and execute against mission priorities, with opportunities to stretch into new areas as you learn the organization and build trust.

Next Steps:
If your application looks like a match, someone from our People Operations team will reach out to schedule a phone screening. During this conversation, we will determine if the current or future position aligns with your experience and skills. If things go well, from there you'll meet with members from the project team, including the hiring manager and teammates, and possibly be asked to submit a writing assessment to showcase your practical knowledge. If we find you are a match, you’ll get a call offering you the role. While we wish we could hire every great candidate who comes our way, the reality is that we can't. If you are not selected, we will be sure to connect with you and let you know so you can move on with your search. We will also keep your resume for future needs.
