    Front Office Associate (FOA) - Passion Dental

    At Passion Dental, we believe exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our growing practice. The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and check-in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
    • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
    • Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
    • Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Update and maintain patient records in the practice management system.
    • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
    • Present treatment plans and assist patients with scheduling future care.
    • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
    • Support daily office operations and administrative functions.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous front office, customer service, healthcare, or dental office experience preferred.
    • Dental insurance verification experience is a plus.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with dental practice management software.
    • Knowledge of dental terminology.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
