Passion Dental is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our well-established pediatric specialty practices in Northborough and Framingham, Massachusetts. This role offers providing a balanced workweek across two thriving pediatric offices. Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and limited surgical procedures
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
- Educate patients and caregivers on oral health, prevention, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office leadership to ensure efficient workflows
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS.

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD)
- Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered pediatric care
- Experience treating infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
